How much does one analysis cost?

Every analysis costs 10 credits. Starter (500 credits/mo) works out to about $0.20 per analysis; Growth (1,500 credits/mo) is roughly $0.17 per analysis — the lowest monthly cost per run.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. On Starter and Growth, unused credits roll over monthly, so you never lose what you paid for.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No annual lock-ins — cancel any time with no penalty. The Founder's Pass is a one-time payment with no recurring fees, ever.

What's the difference between Starter and Growth?

Growth gives you 3× the monthly analyses (150 vs 50), channel-wide insights, priority support, and the lowest cost per analysis. Starter is ideal for testing a handful of videos each month.

What is a credit?

10 credits = one video analysis. Credits are deducted when your analysis completes successfully — and if an analysis fails due to a server error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded.

How many free credits do I get?

New accounts receive 30 free credits (3 analyses) on sign-up with no time limit — no card needed. Once used, you can upgrade to a paid plan and top up anytime.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new credit allocation. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer a refund?

We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment if you have used fewer than 10 credits (one analysis). Used credits and renewal charges are non-refundable.

Will I be notified before I'm charged?

Yes. You'll receive a billing reminder before each renewal, and we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change.
